Position Overview

As a Lawn Maintenance Crew Member, you will be responsible for the routine upkeep of residential and commercial properties. This is a physical, outdoor position requiring consistency, attention to detail, and a strong work ethic.

Key Responsibilities

  • Mow, edge, and trim lawns to a professional standard

  • Blow and clean driveways, sidewalks, and common areas

  • Maintain and inspect equipment before and after each use

  • Communicate professionally with clients when on-site

  • Follow all safety guidelines and company procedures

  • Assist crew leader with daily route completion

Requirements

  • Must be 18 years of age or older

  • Must have a reliable form of transportation to and from the job site

  • Must have a clean driving history — driving record will be verified

  • Ability to work outdoors in all weather conditions

  • Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and perform physical labor throughout the day

  • Punctual, reliable, and a strong team player

  • Lawn care or landscaping experience preferred but not required — we will train the right person
